On May 16, the TeleServe Number will change to (312) 338-4337.

Why? Changing the number will save $2 million each year. That's your money.

Sequester to Reduce Some Unemployment Insurance Benefits

If you are collecting federal Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC), your weekly benefits will be reduced by 16.8 percent beginning May 27. Also, the maximum amount of EUC benefits you receive will be reduced by 16.8 percent, as well.

The U.S. Department of Labor requires all states to impose this reduction as a result of sequestration.

State benefits will not be reduced.
