Report to Determine Liability under the Unemployment Insurance Act (for New Employer, UI-1 Form)
Important: Every newly-created employing unit in Illinois shall file this report within 30 days of the date upon which it commences business. An employing unit must file the Report to Determine (Unemployment Tax) Liability even though it may not be liable for payments under the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act (the UI Act).
