The Re-Entry Employment Service Program (RESP) is an employment program dedicated to the formerly incarcerated or any individual with a criminal conviction who may need help with finding employment.

Steps to Enroll

The following steps are recommended:
- Start by watching the Re-entry Employment Service Program Video
(1:20).
- Call or apply in person at an IDES office nearest you.
- Request an interview with a local RESP Liaison.
- Complete and print the Job-Readiness Checklist
- Bring the following items to your interview:
- identification card and;
- job-ready checklist and;
- resume, if you have one and;
- the rest will be discussed during your initial assessment interview.
