2008 Return for Household Employers Instructions & Form
Unemployment Insurance Contributions (2008 Form UI-HAR - Retroactive). Annual contribution and wage reports, 2008 Form UI-HAR, must be filed by each household employer subject to the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act who should have and did not file a 2008 report. The employer needs to contact the Illinois Department of Revenue regarding past due withholding taxes.
