- A course of instruction, prerequisite to professional training in a liberal arts college;

- Endorsement applicant must be a graduate of a chiropractic program reputable and in good standing in the judgment of DPR at the time of graduation;
- Submit certification of licensure for the state of original licensure;
- Requirements for registration in the state of original licensure were at that time substantially equivalent to the requirements then in effect in Illinois.
