The quick and easy way to access your Debit Card account. Check your balance, pay bills, review your transactions and more at the Chase MasterCard website.

Your card can be used at MasterCard locations and any merchant or ATM that displays one of these logos:

  • Cirrus
  • Accel
  • Chase

Follow these steps to activate your card:

  1. Enter your 16-digit card number.
  2. Remain on the line to hear your account balance.
  3. Choose the main menu option for selecting a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  4. Select a 4-digit PIN.
  5. Your card is now ready for use.

You must follow these steps to successfully activate your card.

NOTE: If this is a replacement card, you can activate your card by using it with your PIN at any ATM.

Please verify your address above and the spelling of your name on your card. If either is incorrect, contact IDES.
