Job Description:Any person who supervises blasting operations at aggregate surface mining operations is required to obtain a license.

Education/Experience:Has not willfully violated the Act;Has not made a material misstatement on the application;Has not been declared incompetent; Does not abuse alcohol or drugs; Has not been convicted of a felony within the last five (5) years; Is not a fugitive from justice; Has proof of blasting experience (two (2) years general blasting experience or detailed involvement with at least 120 blasts); and, Has provided proof of training in 20 required subject areas.
